REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. You can return your purchase to me within 7 days of its receipt through RECOMMENDED MAIL communicating the track number, the product must be intact and never worn.
You can replace it with another product, or be refunded as soon as the return is received.
The shipping costs for any returns are NOT refundable.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Different types of goods are exempt from returning. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care products
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or open vinyls
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned over 15 days after delivery
Returns (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing returns (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially published.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same object, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your article to: Via Volturno 3, 37069 Villafranca di Verona VR, Italy.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it can take for the exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over € 40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
